BRENNTAG STRENGTHENS WATER TREATMENT TEAM
Brenntag UK & Ireland has strengthened their water treatment team with an additional three new members of staff.
Andrew Heyworth and Iain McDougall join as Business Development Managers with a responsibility to promote the water treatment product portfolio, work with customers to solve issues and obtain their best cost to treat in both waste water and effluent water treatment. Andrew, a chemist, joins the business from Lonza Industrial Water where he was responsible for the development of calcium hypochlorite in the UK and overseas. Iain, also a chemist, is based in Scotland and has worked for BASF water treatment and paper business prior to that for over twenty five years.
The whole team will be supported in their activities by the appointment of Helen Green who joins as the Technical Support Leader. Helen, a chemist, will be based at our new water treatment laboratory scheduled for construction in the Brenntag Bradford site. Helen joins Brenntag from BASF where she worked for thirty years thus gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in the area.
